3. Communication from Newdea Site.
Once you have completed the initial registration process, you will be sent an email

for Newdea to send out service related announcements to notify you of scheduled
maintenance or system downtime. These communications will not be promotional in

4. Security.
Our site contains security features to protect your Personally-Identifiable Information
and Client Data. The Newdea System is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
SSL is a protocol that allows your computer to establish a secure connection to
our Internet server. SSL uses encryption techniques that turn all information transmitted
into a series of unrecognizable numbers as the information travels through the Internet.
Newdea also utilizes the additional protection of a digitally-signed certificate
that assures you that you are communicating with the development tools, server,
security hardware, communications equipment, and all other tools and equipment used
by Newdea to provide the Services (the 'Newdea System'). The Newdea System is protected
by firewall technology, which protects it against unwarranted intrusion and ensures
that only approved Client requests are processed. All activity is logged and monitored
to ensure that no attempts have been made to breach security. Finally, Newdea uses
unique user names and passwords for each user of the Newdea System. One of the most
critical ways to ensure the security of the Newdea System is to protect your username
and passwords. Passwords should not be shared with anyone, whether inside or outside
of your organization.

policy online at least ten (10) days prior to its effective date. You will be informed
