E.H. Arnold
Chairman of the Board
E.H., the former CEO of the publicly-traded company, Arnold Logistics, now serves as Newdea's chairman of the Board of Directors. In 1972 he was elected a director of New Penn Motor Express, Inc., and became its president in 1974. E.H. then became chairman, president and CEO of Arnold Industries in 1983. In 2001 Arnold Industries was sold, and Arnold Logistics became an independent/separate entity for which Mr. Arnold remained owner and CEO. Most recently, he was elected a director of Allmarine on August of 2007. In addition to his professional background, E.H. served on the boards of the American Trucking Association, Regular Common Carrier Conference, Middle Atlantic Conference, Trucking Management, Inc., Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon Community Library and Lebanon Valley College. He is a past director of the United Way-Lebanon County, Lebanon County Workshop, Lancaster/ Lebanon Boy Scout Council and Lebanon County Chamber of Commerce. E.H. earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Notre Dame University.
