- Phone support 7AM MST - 5 PM MST
- 24-hour response email and voicemail, and 2-hour response between the hours of 7 AM MST and 5 PM MST
- Online user manuals
- Flash training modules
- 24 x 7 Web-based support materials in Advisor Center
- Onsite training for Project Center and Advisor Center partners
- Additional customer and professional services available depending on levels and complexity of product usage and the size of the organization
